ALT5 Sigma Canada began as Société AVA Inc., which became a subsidiary in 2018 through a stock exchange agreement with ALT5 Sigma, Inc. In recent years, this division generated notable revenue but also incurred losses—$23.5 million in revenue against a $3.3 million net loss in 2025.
