Kumeka Team Conducts Workshops Ahead of Solana Radar Hackathon

The **Colosseum platform** is set to host the **Solana Radar Hackathon** from September 2 to October 8, 2024. With a **prize pool of $600,000**, the event promises substantial rewards for innovative projects across multiple Web3 categories.
### Boosting Web3 Innovation on Solana
Organizers aim to foster the development of the **Web3 community** and attract **innovative projects** to the **Solana blockchain**. The hackathon offers participants a chance to win prizes ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 in categories like **DePIN**, **DeFi**, **DAOs and Network States**, **Payments**, **Consumer**, **Gaming**, and **Infrastructure**.
The top prize includes the **Grand Champion title** and a **$50,000 reward**. Special awards of $10,000 each will be available in the **Public Goods Award**, **University Award**, and **Climate Award** categories. Additionally, the jury will select the top 15 teams to join Colosseum’s accelerator program, each receiving **$250,000 in pre-seed funding**.
### Kumeka Team’s Preparatory Workshops
In preparation for the hackathon, the official Solana community in Ukraine, **Kumeka Team**, will conduct a series of workshops focusing on various **Web3 segments**. These workshops are designed to serve as a “radar” to guide participants towards success in the hackathon.
The first workshop, **Social Media Presence for Web3 Startups**, is scheduled for August 28, 2024. Participants will learn how to effectively establish their projects’ presence on social media and receive practical tips and insights on promoting startups within the Web3 space. The workshop will be led by Ivan Maltsev, General Partner at 3x Capital.
