In a recent interview with SPEKA, Mykhailo Rogalskyi, co-founder of monobank, discussed the potential advent of cryptocurrencies within their banking operations. While acknowledging these hurdles, he noted the oddity of a vast financial sphere lacking regulation and expressed hope for a legal framework to bring order.

Artificial Intelligence: Enhancing Customer Experience

Beyond cryptocurrencies, Rogalskyi shared insights into monobank’s cautious approach to implementing artificial intelligence (AI). The bank has developed an internal AI system named E.N.O.T., designed to assist technologically while maintaining a focus on human interaction. In routine scenarios, customer service is managed by live operators. Nevertheless, during peak times or technical issues, AI may step in temporarily to support operations.
