H100 Acquires Future Holdings for Over $750,000: A Strategic Move into Switzerland

The Swedish public company H100 Group AB has announced its intent to acquire 100% of Future Holdings AG, a Swiss firm specializing in Bitcoin treasury management. Supported by renowned cryptographer and CEO of Blockstream Adam Back, this strategic acquisition marks H100’s entry into the Swiss market.
Both parties have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) regarding this potential acquisition. The deal is valued at approximately $471,000 plus the cash reserves of Future Holdings at the time of closure. With current balances considered, the total transaction value is estimated at around $753,570.

Strategic Expansion Beyond Scandinavia

According to H100’s statement, this move aims to extend its operations beyond Scandinavia and strengthen its position in Bitcoin treasury management along with related capital market activities. The company views Switzerland as strategically significant due to its advanced financial infrastructure, robust currency, and substantial institutional investor base.
Amid prolonged low interest rates and declining yields from traditional debt instruments, institutional investors are increasingly reconsidering their capital management strategies. In this context, Bitcoin strategies are being explored as a potential addition to traditional assets for long-term value preservation and efficient capital utilization.

Future Holdings: A Trusted Name in Bitcoin Treasury Management

Future Holdings is based in Switzerland and specializes in managing Bitcoin reserves according to local institutional standards. It has garnered attention in the European market due to its “institutional approach” towards Bitcoin treasury operations and expertise with financial instruments adapted under Swiss regulations.
Although Future Holdings had previously considered going public in Switzerland, that process was not completed. H100 believes that combining its Swedish public platform with Future Holdings’ local expertise provides an optimal starting point from regulatory, operational, and market perspectives.

A Combined Vision for Institutional Trust

Sander Andersen, Chairman of H100’s board of directors commented on the transaction: “This acquisition supports our expansion into Switzerland. Future Holdings brings relevant local experience as we see Switzerland as a key market where institutional investors continue evaluating new approaches for capital allocation.”
In turn, Richard Byworth from Future Holdings stated: “Merging with H100 creates a public marketplace platform and governance system we believe are crucial for building long-term institutional trust within the Swiss market.”
However, completion depends on conducting due diligence along with signing final agreements while receiving all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals. Signing off on these procedures is expected concurrently by January 2026.
