In a groundbreaking collaboration, **Fleek** has announced a partnership with **Polygon Labs**. This partnership aims to grant services utilizing the **Polygon CDK** access to on-chain cloud infrastructure. In tandem, Fleek has unveiled its public testnet, marking a significant milestone for both entities.

Enhanced On-Chain Cloud Services

According to the official release, this agreement is designed to foster the creation of new, high-performance public on-chain services. These services leverage Fleek’s specialized cloud infrastructure tailored for projects based on Polygon CDK. Fleek highlighted that this collaboration allows applications within the Polygon ecosystem to use public on-chain cloud services as an alternative to traditional ones, showcasing the high efficiency of this solution.

Public Testnet Launch

Additionally, Fleek has launched its first public testnet, which integrates **CDN** and **JavaScript Runtime** services, along with a product based on these solutions, known as **Edge Functions**. This new testnet demonstrated superior performance compared to traditional cloud services during preliminary testing, with a Time to First Byte (TTFB) of 37.02 milliseconds—seven times faster than AWS Lambdas and 2.7 times faster than Vercel Serverless.

Polygon CDK is an open-source modular toolkit for launching Layer-2 solutions on Ethereum, requiring cloud infrastructure for network operations.
