CoinFerenceX and The Best Event announced a partnership to launch CoinFerenceX The Best Event Singapore, a two-day Web3 summit scheduled for Oct. 5-6, 2026, at Gardens by the Bay. The organizers are positioning the event, which will take place during Asia Crypto Week, as an alternative venue during TOKEN2049 and say its agenda will be shaped directly by market participants.

The organizers disclosed the partnership to Incrypted. CoinFerenceX is a series of Web3 conferences focused on founders, investors and developers, according to the announcement, while The Best Event is an event-production group that has hosted more than 80 offline events across more than 10 cities worldwide.

The partnership combines CoinFerenceX’s content and community work with The Best Event’s experience in large-scale event production and sponsor acquisition. The statement said the companies aim to create “an event that no one else can pull off.”

Decentralized agenda model

Under the event’s decentralized model, founders, funds and ecosystem leaders will help determine which topics the conference covers and which builders appear on stage. The organizers will oversee logistics and technical production, while participating Web3 companies and industry figures will set the event’s direction.

The organizers said the agenda would emphasize substantive sessions with practical value rather than appearances by celebrity speakers. As with previous CoinFerenceX events, they expect about 60% of attendees to be senior executives and company founders.

The Best Event claims more than 50 million annual organic impressions and a social-media reach exceeding 1 billion. Attendance across its events rose from 35,000 people in 2025 and is projected to reach 70,000 in 2026, according to the company.

Four conference tracks

The summit will feature four thematic tracks. The Leaders Summit will be a closed, invitation-only meeting for C-level executives focused on governance decisions and strategic partnerships.

Protocol Deep Dives will offer technical workshops where protocols can present real-world developments and products. The Founders’ Den will allow early-stage founders to pitch projects to more than 200 venture investors, while the Innovation Showcase will feature live product demonstrations from established market participants and emerging protocols.

Early indicators cited by the organizers point to more than 4,000 curated attendees, over 500 venture investors, more than 400 ecosystem and media partners, at least 85 C-level speakers and more than 8,000 total registrations.

Organizers’ expectations

CoinFerenceX co-founder Prince Gupta said the Singapore summit would be the largest in the organizers’ history and would help turn participants’ energy into completed deals.

The Best Event co-founder Tobias Bauer said combining specialist content with a reach of 50,000 visitors a year would make it possible to hold what he described as one of the market’s most powerful Web3 conferences in Singapore.
