Bitget Launches Alliance Program, Funding Reward Pool With 30% of Trading Fees

  • The Bitget Alliance program runs for four weeks, from September 28 to October 26, 2026.
  • The rewards pool will equal 30% of actual net fee revenue generated by eligible non-institutional users during the calculation period.
  • Bitget said 60% of rewards will be based on trading activity and 40% on eligible asset holdings.

Bitget, the world’s largest Universal Exchange, or UEX, launched the four-week Bitget Alliance program on September 28, 2026, creating a user rewards pool funded with an amount equal to 30% of the platform’s net fee revenue from eligible transactions. The initiative will reward qualifying users based on their trading activity and eligible asset holdings as Bitget works to restore standard services following a security incident it identified on September 24.

The program runs from September 28, 2026, at 08:00 UTC until October 26, 2026, at 08:00 UTC. Bitget said it designed the initiative to recognize users’ contributions after a challenging period for the platform and thank the Bitget community for its trust and support.

Reward pool and eligibility

The rewards pool will equal 30% of actual net fee revenue from transactions generated by eligible non-institutional users during the specified calculation period. Bitget will allocate 60% of the pool according to trading activity and the remaining 40% according to the volume of assets meeting the program’s criteria.

Eligible trading activity includes futures, spot assets and stocks, although certain products and transaction types are excluded. Bitget will calculate rewards weekly and distribute them in USDT. The minimum participation threshold is 100 USDT, and limits and additional participant requirements apply.

“Over the past few days, we have received an overwhelming amount of support from our users, partners, and the entire community,” Bitget CEO Gracy Chen said.

“It means a great deal to all of us at Bitget. We wanted to find a meaningful way to thank the people who stood by us, so we are directing a portion of the platform’s trading fee revenue directly into a rewards pool for our users.”

Security incident and VIP support

The initiative follows the security incident Bitget identified on September 24. The exchange said user balances remained safe and that it was working to restore all standard services and strengthen platform security. Bitget described the Alliance program as a separate initiative recognizing users who continued to trust the platform during that period.

“The Alliance program is our way of saying thank you. We understand that trust is earned through actions, especially during challenging times. Our priority remains unchanged: to take care of our users, strengthen the platform, and continue to keep the community openly informed as the situation develops further,” Chen emphasized.

Bitget is also offering qualifying VIP1-VIP7 users a 30-day trial pass for VIP tier protection. The pass will allow eligible users to retain the relevant VIP privileges during the protection period.

Bitget will issue the passes automatically to users who meet the requirements and expects to complete distribution by October 1. As part of the exchange’s phased return to normal operations, VIP users will also have access to dedicated account managers and specialized VIP support for withdrawals, accounts and asset operations.

The Alliance program is available to eligible users subject to regional, legal and regulatory requirements. Full eligibility criteria, the calculation methodology and campaign terms are available on the Bitget Alliance program page.
