In a recent report, JPMorgan Chase has maintained its “neutral” rating on cryptocurrency exchange Bullish. Despite this neutral stance, the bank lowered its target price for Bullish shares to $45 as of December 2026. This decision follows an impressive quarterly performance from Bullish that exceeded market expectations in terms of revenue and EBITDA.

The latest financial results reveal that Bullish achieved adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $0.10, aligning with Bloomberg’s consensus. More notably, the company reported revenues amounting to $77 million, surpassing both market expectations and JPMorgan’s forecast of $74 million. Furthermore, adjusted EBITDA reached a substantial $29 million compared to the anticipated $26 million.
Experts attribute this solid performance primarily to the Subscription Services & Other (SS&O) segment. This division recorded revenues of $50 million—a significant leap from last year’s $12 million and exceeding JPMorgan’s forecast of $47 million.

Despite these positive results, JPMorgan revised several core financial projections for Bullish due to changes in their valuation model. The bank noted that excluding income from initial public offerings (IPOs) in stablecoins was a crucial factor in adjusting these targets.
