Crypto payments company RedotPay is considering a confidential filing for a US initial public offering by the end of 2026, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The company is also discussing a potential pre-IPO funding round that could value it at $4 billion to $5 billion, according to one person cited by the agency.
The discussions are continuing, and the timing of the filing and the financing terms could change, Bloomberg reported.
IPO preparations
A confidential filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission would allow RedotPay to receive feedback from the regulator before publicly releasing documents for a potential IPO.
RedotPay is working with JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies and Barclays on a potential offering that could value the company at no less than $5 billion, according to one person cited by Bloomberg.
Bloomberg previously reported that RedotPay had postponed its listing because of legal and regulatory issues. Its sources said the company was working to resolve those issues before filing. Separate media reports in August 2026 said RedotPay had postponed its US IPO amid a Binance lawsuit.
Revenue and customers
RedotPay has more than 9 million customers and about 280 employees across several countries, according to Bloomberg sources. Its annualized run-rate revenue has exceeded $180 million.
Revenue rose by more than 50% in the first three quarters of 2026 compared with the same period a year earlier, while operating margins exceeded 50%, the sources said.
