  • Bybit has added personalization features and long-term memory to its Bybit AI assistant.
  • With user consent, the assistant can consider account data including assets, open positions, financial behavior and risk profile.
  • A new “Recommended” section provides prompts for capital management and financial-data analysis.

Financial platform Bybit has added personalization features and long-term memory to its in-app Bybit AI assistant, which launched in September 2026. The update allows the service to retain context from previous interactions and, with user consent and within set permissions, use account data to tailor answers and analytics.

Bybit, which has more than 80 million users worldwide, disclosed the update to Incrypted. The company said the assistant can build a personalized profile based on a user’s assets, open positions, financial behavior and risk appetite, combining capital management, market analysis and trading within the Bybit ecosystem.

Personalized analysis across Bybit products

Bybit said the assistant’s development covers three main areas: personalization, product integration and long-term memory.

For personalization, Bybit AI can analyze actual account data, including financial behavior, risk profile, assets and open positions, to generate tailored answers and analytics. The company said this access requires the user’s consent and remains subject to permissions set by the user.

For product integration, the assistant connects the “Markets” and “Trade” sections, Bybit Earn, Bybit Card and other products on the platform. According to Bybit, this allows the service to consider a user’s overall assets and activity rather than information from one product alone.

The long-term memory feature lets users tell the assistant directly about their preferences. Bybit said the service stores that context so subsequent interactions can take earlier conversations into account.

Recommended prompts and account access

The update also introduces a “Recommended” section with personalized starting points for specific use cases. These include ready-made prompts for tasks such as creating a capital management plan based on the user’s assets and risk tolerance.

In response, the assistant can produce a structured analysis containing key data, conclusions and recommended next steps, the company said.

Bybit AI supports operations through a user’s main account and can also operate through a separate Bybit AI sub-account, according to the statement.

Bybit said it paid particular attention to security while developing the service. Responses from the assistant are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice. Any action executed through the chat requires user confirmation.

The company plans to expand Bybit AI further as part of its development of financial services in which conversational interaction with artificial intelligence forms part of the infrastructure. More information about the assistant and access to the service are available on Bybit’s “What is Bybit AI?” page.
