  • Organizers expect more than 50 speakers from the crypto, financial, legal and technology sectors.
  • The agenda includes digital asset regulation, tokenization, stablecoins, institutional finance, blockchain infrastructure and the intersection of AI and Web3.

Organizers will hold the third Unchained Summit India in Mumbai on November 5-6, 2026. The event will focus on the future of digital assets, fintech and Web3 in India, bringing together investors, developers, financial institutions and international technology companies.

The summit will take place at the Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport hotel, according to a press release shared with Incrypted by event representatives.

Organizers expect more than 50 speakers from the crypto industry, financial sector, legal field and technology companies. Announced participants include Binance APAC regional lead S B Seker, CoinDCX founder Sumit Gupta, CoinSwitch co-founder Ashish Singhal and Bharat Web3 Association chair Dilip Chenoy.

Other participants include Ondo Finance head of institutional for Asia and the MENA region Kunaal Patel, as well as representatives from Base, Polygon Labs, NEAR and Alchemy.

Regulation, tokenization and institutional finance

The first day will focus on India’s digital asset markets, crypto investments, capital flows and regulatory environment. Participants will also discuss real-world asset tokenization, stablecoins, payments, settlement, custody requirements and regulatory compliance.

A separate segment will examine the legal aspects of using digital assets, with lawyers from AZB & Partners, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Trilegal scheduled to participate.

Rohan Bagai, a senior partner at AZB & Partners, said India’s current legislation was designed with the traditional financial system in mind rather than cryptocurrencies and Web3.

“The key question for India is therefore no longer whether crypto should be regulated. It already is. The real question is whether India can continue regulating an asset class that its laws have never fully defined,” he said.

Blockchain infrastructure, AI and Web3 development

The second day will focus on technology infrastructure and practical Web3 applications. Topics will include blockchain scalability, network interoperability, artificial intelligence, decentralized physical infrastructure and digital trust.

Representatives from SingularityNET, Startale Group and NEAR Foundation will discuss the intersection of AI and Web3, including the development of open networks and applications designed to give users more control over their data and digital assets.

Dharamveer Singh Chauhan, co-founder of Zostel and Zo World, emphasized the importance of digital ownership.

“The future belongs to individuals who have greater ownership over their digital identity, assets, and data,” he said.

Organizers expect the summit to help build connections among investors, developers, financial institutions and international technology companies, with the aim of driving investment, commercial partnerships and new products. More information is available on the event’s official website.
