Bitcoin ETFs Lose $390M, SOL ETFs Gain Capital

Spot Bitcoin ETFs Experience Significant Outflows

In the span from August 10 to August 14, 2026, U.S.-based spot Bitcoin ETFs faced a substantial capital outflow totaling $389.71 million, according to data from SoSoValue. The outflow trajectory was consistent across four out of five trading sessions within this period.
On August 10 alone, withdrawals amounted to $144.67 million, followed by $61.16 million on August 12, $131.13 million on August 13, and concluding with $57.63 million on August 14.
Among individual funds, BlackRock’s IBIT saw a significant withdrawal of $78.96 million, while Fidelity’s FBTC experienced an even larger outflow of $153.23 million.
Negative trends were also observed in Grayscale’s GBTC with an outflow of $88.3 million and ARKB by ARK Invest/21Shares which lost $70.36 million.
Conversely, Grayscale’s BTC fund managed to attract a positive inflow of $75.98 million alongside Morgan Stanley’s MSBT gaining $7.08 million.

Slight Decline in Spot Ethereum ETFs

The spot Ethereum ETF sector ended the week with a modest capital outflow amounting to $2.26 million as reported by SoSoValue.
BlackRock’s ETHA was notably affected with an outflow of $16.39 million, while investors took away another $5.6 million from Fidelity’s FETH fund.
However, some losses were offset as Grayscale’s ETH fund gained an inflow of $15.07 million; ETHB by 21Shares attracted investments worth $3.86 million; and Morgan Stanley’s MSSE added another modest amount of $0.81 million.

SOL-ETFs Lead Altcoin Fund Inflows

Contrary to the declines seen in Bitcoin and Ethereum funds, specific altcoin-based exchange-traded products showed promising growth over this period.
SOL-ETF emerged as the leader among altcoins with a capital influx totaling $10.26 million.
Other notable gains included HYPE-ETF attracting an additional investment of $2.74 million; XRP-ETF gaining another sum worth approximately $2.25 Million; LINK-ETF securing about$1 .23 Million ;and HBAR -ETF drawing around$0 .46 Million .
Nevertheless , DOGE – ETF witnessed minor withdrawals amountingto$0 .56 Million .
